We had an amazing stay at Mountain Bay Retreat! Keren was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything so smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The property itself is very spacious, well looked after, and clean, with stunning views that made our stay feel truly special. Our family absolutely loved the place, it was the perfect peaceful and family friendly retreat after busy days on the slopes. The home is well equipped with premium amenities, and the host was very helpful with a last minute request for a highchair, which saved us a lot of hassle and made things so much easier for our family. One of the highlights was the optional hot pool (spa) service, which we paid for both nights – it was well worth it. After two full days of skiing, soaking in the perfectly warm water (38 degrees) on a chilly night under the stars was pure bliss. I highly recommend this beautiful retreat – we would love to return again!

What a wonderful stay we had at Keren’s place. Check in was very easy, her instructions to get into the property were perfect, and the home was beautiful and clean. The driveway is very steep but manageable. The pool and outside area is particularly stunning with amazing views and peaceful surrounds and direct lake access which was so lovely. The outdoor entertainment area is very well equipped and the beans bags and games inside made for some wonderful family time. Karen was very responsive with any questions we had, even on Easter Sunday morning !! We can’t wait to come back !

Treat It Like Home – We kindly ask all guests to respect the space as they would their own home.

No Parties – This is a peaceful holiday retreat, not a venue for events or celebrations.

No Pets – Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

Guest Limit – Maximum of 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) per booking.

Private Use Only – Bookings must be for private residential stays only, unless agreed in advance.

Infinity Pool – The pool is not heated but is solar-assisted. Best enjoyed between November & April.

The Spa Outdoor “IS” Operational
The Spa use is Available for an Additional Fee of $120 per use/night.

Heated to 38 Degrees (Which is hot!)
The charge fee is incurred because of the size of the spa (Large - fits 10 people) and also because we are not on mains gas or water and it has to be bought in.

(After booking - the spa fee will be an optional add-on. Request to pay will be sent to you - money needs to be received to confirm your booking prior to stay & spa service activated) -
